The hotel was clean as new and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment. The facilities provided were great and catered to all my needs and desires. the location of the hotel was ideal, offering convenient access to shopping areas and providing a sense of seclusion.

little space for hotel guests in the bars and for 5 o'clock tea. everything is crowded with external guests! no room for a glass of champagne.

Afternoon Tea at Claridges was an perfect experience. The array of finger sandwiches, scones, and cakes were beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs. The Art Deco fixtures added to the ambiance, making it a good afternoon. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and attractions. The location couldn't be more perfect. Despite there being no accessible outlets for our devices, our room at Claridges was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with a superb shower and plenty of hot water. The staff provided top-notch service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast had a great choice and the bars were fantastic. The view from our room was breathtaking.

There were some areas of the hotel that were undergoing renovation during our stay, which limited access to certain rooms and facilities.

Staying at this hotel was truly a memorable experience. the location was ideal, being centrally located and close to various attractions. the rooms were beautifully decorated and attention to detail was evident, with amenities such as a yoga mat provided. the staff were professional and attentive, making the overall service excellent. it was a first-rate experience.

One downside was the limited availability of seating in the outdoor restaurants, with no priority given to hotel residents.

This hotel is truly luxurious. the exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations and made my stay unforgettable. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, the heated swimming pool was just perfect and I loved the sun loungers by the pool. the restaurant offered special diet menus which were delicious and the bar/lounge area was great for a drink before or after dinner. the private facilities in my room were top-notch and the location was fantastic.

Although my overall experience was fantastic, I must mention that there was a minor issue with the service. It wasn't horrible, just not as attentive as I would have liked.

I had an wonderful stay at a historical hotel in the heart of Mayfair. The grandeur and glamour of the Edwardian and Victorian era were evident in every aspect of the hotel. The staff were really nice too attend to my every need, ensuring a nice experience. The food was really good, and the attention to detail from housekeeping to the concierge was perfect. The hotel's extensive history was showcased through its famous pictures of stars and royalty, giving it a unique charm. The reception staff and managers were always available to assist with any requests and provided really good service. The entire experience was like stepping back in time and being treated like royalty. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and lovely stay.
